Omg, the location of this hotel is amazing - away from midtown but close to subway. Breakfast was a real treat. Only downside - noise from corridor. Overall, a great spot in nyc for a chill stay! 🌆🍳😊

The Club 21 extras really made our stay stand out – the breakfast was decent, and the happy hour with dinner was top-notch. We got a great view of uptown Manhattan and the Empire State Building from our Club level room and the 21st-floor terrace, a huge plus! The large shower was nice, but a small bench for shaving would've been handy – minor stuff. a solid experience with a slight letdown on breakfast variety. 🌇

Loved the king room, it was new-fashioned the time we came in. We had a savoury buffet breakfast with lots of meals.

WOW, the Empire State view from my room was breathtaking! Breakfast had a NYC skyline view, but ran out of basics early. Staff were kind; service was good. I would stay again. the room was smaller than on photos, but clean.

We had a great stay at Sheraton! the front desk and bell boy staff provided excellent service. As SPG Platinum members, we enjoyed access to the club lounge, which had a fantastic view. the location of the hotel was perfect, with two subways nearby and trendy bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel room was exactly what we requested and even had a fridge. the coffee maker with Starbucks coffee was a big plus.

The bed was also incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep well and wake up refreshed each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

sheraton is so close to brooklyn bridge - chinatown, and little italy, and the subway connects everywhere. the staff is incredibly friendly, and the room is the largest i've stayed in. the hotel is clean - comfortable, and offers complimentary water and coffee in the room. i loved the different treats every afternoon - including chocolate fondue and rice krispies treats.
